Time: 15:20-17:10
Location: Yunshui Hall N117
In search of the meaning of life, discovering the Buddhadharma via the Tibetan language——
The first guest lecture in this semester's Buddhist Studies Seminars will be:
"Inquiries into the Buddhadharma, Focusing on the Tibetan Tradition" by
Mr. LIAO Bensheng, Associate Professor of the Dept. of Buddhist Studies, Dharma Drum Institute of Liberal Arts (DILA).
As LIAO Laoshi once said in an interview: "Furthering your semantic, philological grasp of the canonical scriptures and commentaries is a sure means to increase your conceptual understanding of the doctrine and hence your faith in the Buddhadharma itself."
This activity is open to all interested students and faculty. Guests from the general public are requested to register here, four days before the event. Thank you!
